About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Client Success & Growth Manager to support our clients and users through best-in-class user experience, implementation partnership, and strategic relationship management. In addition to ensuring client success, this role will have a strong business development component - building a prospect pipeline, identifying new growth opportunities, and engaging with potential clients across the Australian market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for client success, business development, investment management, technology, and B2B client engagement.
Prior experience in sales, account management, or partnerships especially within the investment management industry is a strong plus. This is a fully remote position based in Australia.
Responsibilities In The VaultManage day-to-day communications with clients in APACOversee the onboarding of new accounts in APAC and ensure successful implementationProactively anticipate client issues based on patterns and concernsPartner with Product & Engineering teams on client implementations and client suggestions & feedbackPrioritize issues and troubleshoot as they arisePerform basic root cause analysis and follow through to resolutionWillingness to learn the DiligenceVault platform and product and be the subject matter expert on platform functionalitiesHelp develop and maintain the Company’s knowledge base, product updates, and lead webinar training sessionsBe the client’s main point of contact and a team player as part of the Global Client Success team; ensuring successful cross-functional participation (sales, marketing, product teams)Liaise between Sales and Product teams to help in the delivering of new modules and functionalitiesOwn the renewal process and partner with the Sales team in managing upsell opportunitiesSupport business development efforts by identifying, prospecting and qualifying new leads across the regionBuild and maintain a prospect pipeline across multiple channels - industry events, conferences, email and phone outreach, social media engagements and broader collaboration with the Sales teamRequirements3+ years of hands-on experience in client success and business development roles at a B2B technology company is required.
This includes managing client relationships, driving adoption and renewals, as well as outbound outreach, pipeline building, and identifying new business opportunities.
