This role advises management and supervises staff responsible for the implementation, configuration, and operations of agreed infrastructure and applications. This leader interacts with customers, external vendors, and other internal suppliers in the delivery of their technology services. In addition, they have responsibility for projects, service management, and future planning for services within their scope. The Director leads a team of service managers and technicians in support of their assigned services.
