Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient microservices using modern software development practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsImplement and optimize microservices for high availability, fault tolerance, and performanceParticipate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions to continuously improve code quality and team expertiseTroubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring seamless service deliveryStay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to drive innovationRequirementsProven experience in designing and developing microservices using modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes)Understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practicesProficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript)Experience with distributed systems, message queues, and event-driven architecturesFamiliarity with containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native developmentExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creativelyEffective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teamsPassion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologiesPrimary LocationIndonesiaJobOthersScheduleRegularJob TypeFull-timeJob PostingOct 26, 2025, 8:00:00 PM
