We help DTC brands scale from $5M to $200M+ through compelling storytelling, VSL funnels, and data-driven creative strategy. Our team crafts and tests high-converting ads that scale across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more.The RoleWe're looking for a talented Full-Time Video Editor to join our creative team. You'll be responsible for editing short-form and long-form video ads for VSL and ecom funnels as well as creating static ad creatives used across social media platforms and landing pages. In many cases, you'll be given only a copy-driven brief and raw footage or assets, and expected to independently create visually compelling, conversion-optimized content that aligns with current trends.This role requires strong editing instincts, basic graphic design understanding, social platform fluency, VSL funnel experience, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines with minimal oversight.What You'll DoEdit high-converting VSL (Video Sales Letter) funnels for landing pages and ad campaignsCreate short-form video ads optimized for social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)Design static ad creatives using image assets and copyBuild motion graphics like animated text, emojis, end cards, CTA elements, and graphic overlaysEdit GFX and graphics into video ads that support storytelling and maximize viewer retentionOptimize pacing, cuts, layouts, colors, and visual treatments to reflect trends and improve performanceRepurpose video and static content across different formats, platforms, and aspect ratiosCollaborate with creative strategists and performance marketers to refine and improve creative based on dataDeliver clean, organized project files with excellent self-QA practicesMaintain a fast turnaround speed and be available during 9am–6pm ESTRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in video editing for social media advertising and VSL funnelsStrong understanding of direct response creative, video pacing, hook design, and engagement techniquesBasic graphic design skills and understanding of design principles for static adsProficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After EffectsComfortable with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for static ad creationPortfolio showcasing both video ads, VSL funnel work, and static creatives (TikTok, Facebook, IG, YouTube, etc.)Comfortable creating from scratch using copy, brief prompts, raw footage, or performance dataFluent in English (written and spoken)Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working quickly without sacrificing qualityBonus PointsExperience with meme-inspired visuals or UGC-style editingDesire to continuously learn how to maximize the use of AI tools and LLMs for ideation and efficient productionExperience editing long-form VSLs (5-30+ minutes)Tech RequirementsOS: Windows 11 (64-bit) or macOS 13+CPU: Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) or Intel 6th Gen+RAM: 16GB+GPU: Apple M-series chips or NVIDIA RTX 3060+Storage: 50GB freeMonitor: 1920 x 1080 minimumInternet: Strong connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps upload speed.What We OfferCompetitive hourly rates (paid every two weeks)Remote, full-time workflow with ongoing creative opportunitiesPerformance feedback to help you continuously improve your workA supportive team of creative strategists and performance marketers working at the cutting edge of performance creativeWhat To Expect In The Hiring ProcessApplication – Submit your details and resumePortfolio Review – Showcase your best video editing, VSL work, and static ad creativesLive Interview – Join our team for a remote, camera-on conversation
