Job Summary11400 Direct Sales has an immediate need for an Order Support Administrator. This position is responsible for working directly with our customers and sales team to provide efficient and accurate support. This position has growth potential.In Direct Sales, we strive to meet the needs of government entity food service operations through advertised bids and partnerships with public agencies. If you like to work hard and have a desire to learn, you may be the right person for our team!Note that this position requires a day shift, weekday schedule, in our Lancaster, PA office Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday flexibility.ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities: Ensure customers have complete, current order status Onboard new customers Investigate item delays Determine the fulfillment method of incoming orders Create and maintain customer records Collaborate with internal departments to process orders, research lead times and resolve issues Work with vendors, carriers and distribution centers to ensure order fulfillment Follow up and resolution of order and shipping errors Assist with time sensitive shipping order modification File and manage carrier damage claims Contact customers regarding all invoices past due Process credit card transactions as needed Respond to customer account inquiries Work with Account Managers to collect on invoices due Clear accounts of miscellaneous items Generate and send customer statements of account Reconcile customer accounts with unapplied payments and adjustments Monitor and report department metrics, including profitabilityPhysical RequirementsWork is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.ExperienceThis role does not require previous experience.EducationThis role does not require a degree.
