Job DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Executive located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales deals. Daily activities include maintaining customer relationships, providing top-notch customer service, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute towards the achievement of established marketing goals/objectives through implementation of marketing strategies and plans within the assigned area of jurisdiction.Manage client relationships, driving revenue growth, achieving set sales targets, and increasingCreate customer awareness of the PSG’s offeringsSales of digital products (POS, payment gateways)Acquire new business of MDAs within LagosMarket the bank’s products to meet customer needsQualificationsFirst Degree or its equivalent in any discipline preferably Business-related.Credit Risk Assessment and Analysis skills, relationship management and networking skills, excellent business writing and presentation skillsGood knowledge of Basic Accounting and Financial Analysis, Business Law, Business/Financial Advisory services, Banking Operations, Leasing, Trade Services, Laws and regulations relating to Banking.At least 2 years relevant banking experience in sales and creditGood understanding of economic trends and implications on the banking/finance sector.Ability to identify and analyze problems and to think strategically to anticipate, interpret and develop strategic responses to issues
