In this critical position, you'll spearhead initiatives to ensure our technological backbone supports the ambitious vision of Qiddiya, boldly navigating the complexities of modern IT infrastructure to optimize performance, reliability, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for IT asset and infrastructure operations, aligning with business objectives and organizational goalsLead and manage the operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networks, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performanceOversee life cycle management processes for IT assets, including planning, acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and retirement to maximize value and efficiencyEstablish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for asset management and infrastructure operations that align with industry best practices and compliance requirementsMonitor operational KPIs and develop executive dashboards to provide insights into asset performance, operational efficiency, and areas for improvementFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the infrastructure team, encouraging innovation and adoption of new technologiesManage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring quality service delivery and alignment with organizational objectivesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions that support business needs and digital transformation initiativesLead disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring the resilience and security of infrastructure operationsDevelop and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals, providing direction and guidance to foster their growth and developmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field10+ years of senior management experience in IT infrastructure and asset managementProven track record of developing and executing infrastructure strategies in complex environmentsStrong knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and best practices related to IT asset management and infrastructure governanceExceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on stakeholder engagementCertifications such as PMP, ITIL Expert, or equivalent management credentials are preferred
