Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and driven Strategic Sales Director with a hunter mindset to lead our banking partnerships and SWIFT integration efforts across the APAC region. This role is pivotal to our long-term strategy and requires someone with deep experience in selling to banks, a strong understanding of SWIFT, and the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships.How you will create impact:Drive new business: Identify and close high-value opportunities with banks and financial institutions across the region.Maintain focus: Deepen engagement with our core network of banks while strategically expanding our footprint.Lead complex sales cycles: Manage end-to-end sales—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.Build executive relationships: Engage directly with Strong C-level network and senior decision-makers within the banking sector.Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure successful integration and delivery.Represent the organization: Attend industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our brand and solutions.Inform strategy: Provide market insights and feedback to shape our long-term regional approach.RequirementsEssential qualifications:Experience:15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships in fintech, banking, or financial infrastructureSkills:Hunter mindset: Self-starter with a relentless drive to win new business and exceed targetsProven success selling to banks, in the APAC RegionDeep knowledge of SWIFT messaging systems (MT/MX, ISO 20022) and integration processesAttributes:CRM Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and client interactionsTarget-Driven: A track record of exceeding sales and business development targetsAdaptability: A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong Relationship Builder: Strong C-level network within the banking sectorDetail-Oriented: Impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of workMarket Knowledge:Experience working with PSPs, or financial services platforms is strongly preferred
