We serve nearly 70 clients across 200 medical clinic locations and provide preventative primary care services for the employees of our clients Unique Minds: We have 10 integrated clinics providing services for children with neuro developmental needs to enhance their development trajectory. We serve a little over 200 patients at our current centers Patient Support: Bharat Medicare provides point of care services such as bone mass density testing, haemoglobin tests, respiratory disease tests and others to domestic manufacturers including MacLeods, Cipla, and Apex PharmaAbout The RoleWe are seeking a highly strategic and entrepreneurial investment professional to drive the investment strategy, growth initiatives, and value creation for Bharat Medicare. This role sits at the intersection of investment, strategy, and business development, requiring both financial acumen and operational mindset.You will work closely with Bio-nAbler leadership and the Bharat Medicare founding team to scale the company into a leading pan-India healthcare platform.Why This Role Is Unique: Build and scale a high-growth healthcare business from the ground up Blend of strategy + operations + partnerships + execution High autonomy, strategic visibility, and board exposure National footprint and category creation opportunity Pathway to future leadership roles into CBO / COO / Business Head trackKey Respoonsibilities: Commercial Strategy & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitabilityDefine pricing and new service line monetization models and optimize the sales engineSet and track commercial KPIs: revenue, margins, customer acquisition cost, LTV, conversion rates Market Expansion & GTM ExecutionDesign the national expansion roadmap (city selection, rollout models, partnerships)Launch new markets through a structured GTM playbookBuild scalable demand generation channels (digital + offline)Drive unit economics and replication of successful models across regions Strategic Partnerships (Growth Enabler)Identify and close partnerships with hospitals, insurers, diagnostic chains, corporates, senior care, pharma, and digital health platformsStructure and build revenue-generating alliances and ecosystem collaborationsNegotiate commercial terms and ensure executionRepresent Bharat Medicare in industry forums, conferences, and strategic meetings Cross-Functional Leadership & ExecutionWork closely with product, operations, finance, clinical, and technology teams to align strategy and executionBuild and mentor high-performing teamsSupport board-level reporting and strategic reviews Stakeholder Management & Industry NetworkingBuild deep relationships with founders, investors, healthcare leaders, and key decision-makersAct as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholdersStrengthen the company's visibility in the healthcare investment ecosystem Team Building & LeadershipMentor junior team members on investment and strategic workDrive cross-functional collaboration across finance, product, operations, and clinical teamsHelp build a high-performance, ownership-driven cultureRequirementsWho You Are:Must-Have CredentialsMBBS degree (mandatory) - strong clinical foundationMBA from Tier-1 institute (IIM A/B/C, ISB, etc.) - mandatory7-10+ years in venture building, investment, strategy consulting, or corporate strategyDeep experience in the Indian Healthcare ecosystemCore ExperienceExposure to scaling early-stage or growth-stage healthcare venturesExperience in strategy + execution + stakeholder managementAbility to think like both an investor and operatorMindset & TraitsEntrepreneurial, self-driven, and passionate about transforming healthcare in IndiaStrong communicator with board-level presenceNatural relationship builder with a robust healthcare network
