A Renowned Chartered Accountant's firms is looking for DirectorJob Description / ResponsibilityResponsibilities:Provide leadership, direction, and overall supervision of the firm`s activities under a partner, as well as the development of the firm`s business development strategy.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the firm, including reviewing works performed by staff and providing guidelines to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.Manage and mentor Senior Managers and Managers including reviewing their performance, providing guidance, training, and support to help them develop their competence and improve their quality of work.Review and ensure the quality and standards of Auditor’s Reports, Valuation Reports, Tax Planning and Other Reports prepared by staff.Communicate with prospective clients to acquire clients, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service to meet their needs and expectations.Attend meetings with clients as required.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and finance to ensure the firm is well-positioned for success.Communicate with regulators and attend hearings to address queries including attending hearings to tax authorities, Financial Reporting Council and other authorities.Perform any other activities required by the Partner in service of the firm.Educational RequirementsBBA/MBA in Accounting/Finance/Management any Reputed University.FCA/ACAIf ACA minimum 2 Years of Post Qualification experience.Experience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax ConsultantAdditional RequirementsIn depth knowledge in IAS, IFRS, ISA, Tax, VAT, Companies Act, Bank Company Act, MRA and other applicable laws and regulations as required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to write high-quality reports independently.Job LocationDhaka
