This strategic leader will architect and execute the organizationโs HR digital transformation roadmap, embedding innovative technologies and processes across the enterprise.You will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and deploying cutting-edge HR systems, including AI-powered recruitment tools and advanced workforce analytics platforms. By bridging People, Process, and Technology, you will champion a digital mindset โ re-engineering core HR functions to enhance efficiency and elevate the employee experience.Working closely with the CHRO and other C-suite leaders, you will drive the cultural adoption of new solutions, ensuring HR capabilities align seamlessly with overarching business objectives.
