Join our team.About the RoleThis role leads the Change Management strategy and execution for technology programs across all brands and functions. It involves close collaboration with the U.S. office and global stakeholders to plan, structure, and harmonize change initiatives. A key focus is developing change strategies and action plans aligned with program objectives to drive productivity and efficiency. The Director will translate strategic goals into actionable change roadmaps and implement them across processes and systems.What You’ll DoChange Management Strategy & Plans Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.Develop comprehensive change strategies and frameworks, including stakeholder assessments, impact analysis and alignment gaps, communication plans, resistance management, and training programs.Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder interviews to identify insights that will drive adoption.Create change plans that mitigate risk and drive adoption.Collaborate with SF project management to align project and change deliverables, escalating issues as needed.Partner with internal teams (Project, Brand, GIS) and external stakeholders (suppliers) to drive implementation.Communication Strategy & Plan /Workshop sessions (Internal)Participate in all technology workshops.Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and review with key partners.Schedule and facilitate key communication forums, including meetings, agendas, and recaps.Prepare executive-level change documentation for leadership team meetings.Training Strategy & Plan Own the development of training strategy and content in collaboration with key partners.Schedule and manage communication forums.Support facilitation of GIS and supplier trainings, including lab sessions approaching go-live.Coach and support staff through transitions as we migrate platforms, monitoring adoption and change readiness.People leaderExperience with manage a change team and play an active role in developing their competency.Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to build a high-performing team.Work in a matrix environment and drive alignment and readiness between cross-functional teams to deliver organizational strategy and ensure accountability for results.Lead by example, modeling adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset during periods of change.Who You AreQualification- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Prosci certification is a must.Business Acumen- Good understanding of sourcing processes, Industry knowledge of apparel supply chain management within international brand or retail environment;Problem Solver- can proactively solve problems and effectively manage multiple challenges across initiatives through use if innovative problem solving and critical thinkingCollaboration- Proven ability to influence and make decisions cross-functionally in a matrix environment where speed and cultural sensitivity is crucial.Skills & Experience: Strong change management experience; Design Thinking and/or Agile methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience communicating with senior management teams; Results-oriented; Ability to develop effective working relationships internally and externally; Proactive and able to drive deliverables; Experience in bringing innovative ideas to reality; Able to connect the dots across various initiatives.
