Additionally, you will develop programs aimed at optimizing facilities, managing costs, maximizing revenue, maintaining partnerships with all stakeholders, and gaining valuable insights into user behavior.Taking charge of new projects/business assignments delegated by MMusic's Head, you will oversee the entire process, from inception (Zero) to successful completion (Hero). This includes recruiting, managing, and updating team members as necessary.Develop partner-specific and cross-partner revenue-optimization strategies, and lead implementation of those strategiesEstablishing strong partnerships with Creative Services, Licensing, Partnership, Finance, and other teams integrated within MMUSIC, you will actively listen to and comprehend their business requirements. Your role involves crafting and delivering global reporting solutions and analyses, providing actionable insights, and staying informed about external market trends.As a solution-oriented individual, you will play a crucial role in creating partnerships across various passion points and initiatives, all while maximizing revenue. Meeting or surpassing revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis across Digital, Tracks, Video, Branded Content, and Events is a key performance indicator.The ideal candidate for this role is creative, ambitious, organized, and adept at identifying and closing business deals across specific categories/regions, artists, and content from MMusic. Prior experience in selling digital content and generating innovative ideas is a must.This position will include oversight of one internal report and two temporary reports (MMusic Overall & Special Projects) and will involve managing and guiding team members within the MMusic department.Qualifications:At least 5 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, Account Management, Business Development in the Social Media/Marketing industry.Mix creative strategic thinking with practical business applicationsStrong organization and time management skills; Detailed-oriented and focusedProactive approachResults-oriented, have strong execution and follow-up skillsMulti-tasking skills in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentPossess strong communication skills and the ability to work with many different personalitiesBe adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely mannerA positive, upbeat attitude and someone who is “Win-Win” with a desire to meet/exceed all goalsDesire and capability to work in a fast-paced, results, and deadline-driven environment.
