The Director, Enterprise Business Learning & Change Management will lead the design and implementation of learning and change strategies that build critical business capabilities — with a particular focus on AI literacy and application, risk and compliance awareness, and business acumen across the organization.This role sits at the intersection of enterprise transformation, learning strategy, and change leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic thought leader who thrives in dynamic environments, collaborates across functions, and influences at all levels to embed new skills, behaviors, and mindsets that accelerate business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver enterprise learning strategies that build future-ready skills, focusing on AI capabilities, risk and compliance, and business acumen.Lead end-to-end change management programs to drive culture evolution and adoption of new enterprise capabilities.Partner with functional SMEs, enterprise transformation leaders, and external vendors to co-create relevant, practical, and measurable learning experiences.Translate strategic business needs into targeted learning plans tailored for key colleague segments and levels.Establish clear metrics and feedback loops to measure program impact and inform continuous improvement.Develop and present compelling narratives and insights using data, storytelling, and strong communication skills.Partner closely with Risk, Compliance, and Privacy teams to ensure governance and control alignment.Experience:8+ years in enterprise learning, organizational change, or capability development.Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale learning and change initiatives that drive measurable business impact.Knowledge of AI concepts and applications in business, with the ability to translate them into accessible learning programs.Strong understanding of change management methodologies and experience applying them in complex, regulated environments.Excellent program management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Proven ability to work across highly matrixed organizations and navigate ambiguity with an enterprise mindset.Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
