We are partnering with a leading infrastructure organization to appoint a Director of Business Transformation to shape and drive a multi-year program of organizational and operational changeThis is a pivotal leadership role requiring a proven track record of delivering complex transformation in large, safety-critical or regulated environmentsSkill and experience needed:The successful candidate will bring 20+ years’ experience in senior change leadership, with deep expertise in risk mitigation, change management, and program governance.
