Job Description
PurposeLeads and oversees CCA Trust Product Solutions & Structuring in for the CCA Region and the international Trust Business in Mexico, Columbia & Peru ensuring business & product strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.This position requires a deep understanding of financial, international Trust & Tax laws, investment vehicles, and estate planning techniques. It often involves working closely with other financial professionals, such as tax advisors, lawyers, and investment managers.Accountabilities Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our offshore trust services, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.Provide Wealth Structuring for tailor made solutions that fall outside the templates and parameters of established products.Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings.Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are developed according to client needs and regulatory standards.Collaborate with marketing, sales, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful product positioning, training, and support.Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring products meet their evolving needs.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Education / Experience / Other InformationBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or trust management.Strong understanding of offshore trust products, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.Strong international Wealth Planning background with deep understanding of cross-border implications and home country obligations of offshore trust clientsFully aware of latest market trends and regulatory changes in key marketsQualified candidates should apply using the link and submit C.V. via email to: hrbahamas@scotiabank.com on or before October 13th, 2025.
