Supports the Managing Director in P&L management and is responsible for the overall EBIDTA performance, which includes, City License, Revenue, Occupancy and Service Revenue. He/She shall also be closely involved with the function teams which includes Operations, Accounting and IT team on service deliveryResponsibilities:Accountable for the P&L of the cityWorking closely with the Head of BD to implement company’s business development plans to maximize business opportunities, drive revenues and ensure cost efficiencyEnsure smooth collaboration across all functions in the cityManage and coordinate with all products salespersons, including but not limited to Meeting & Events, Virtual Office and CoWorking, IT ServicesPossess knowledge of market trends in cities where there are less than 3 centres, the City Head may also perform as a senior BD who directly handles client sales transactionsIdentify challenges and guiding the team to a solutionLead by example- set and achieve personal and team’s sales targets and activity KPIs; Encourage and motivate teams to achieve business (team and individual) targetsRecruit, coach and train new team members; ensure continuous team and individual feedbackBuild a strong team and get ready for future expansionDevelop career development plans for the teammatesImprove staff retentionActively promote the centres, drive business growth and maintain a standard of servicesMaintain excellent business relationship with all key accounts and interact actively to expand the business networkGenerate workstation sales volume and value through the development and implementation of a structured and target-driven product wise strategy with disciplined and proactive attitude towards marketing and networkingAttract and develop new inquiries to the centres for closingActively network on behalf of TEC among Real Estate Agencies, Chambers of Commerce, Government Bodies, Professional Services firms and MNCsRefine the marketing strategy aiming to maximise the return on investment. Increase market awareness through media interview or social media exposureRegular update to Regional Managing Director on market movement and consolidate all business data for review and discussion. Topics should include, among others:Financial Overview Revenue / EBITDA / Cost Metrics - Operational Efficiency and Customer Service - Update on all up-selling programs - Any ad-hoc or special project assigned by the company - Communicate between departments and oversee the implementation of SOPsUnderstand and forecast performance trends (revenue & occupancy). Understand the importance of accuracy in reporting. Demonstrate an ability to maximize profit through creative thinking. Preparing sales reports and performance analysisDevelop and maintain exceptional client relationships to support the business goalsDevelop and maintain partner relationships to support the business goalsWork closely with the Operations team, Accounting team and IT team to ensure customer satisfactionWho are we looking for:Requirement:Bachelors / Masters Degree from a recognized institutionAt least 10-12 years’ experience in similar roles related to business development and managing teams in the retail industry; experience in managing teams from diverse functions would be an advantage.
