Our Client is seeking an experienced M&A professional to join a leading independent advisory firm in Copenhagen. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior partners on high-profile transactions, providing strategic advice to a diverse client base across industries.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute M&A transactions from origination through to closingManage client relationships and contribute to business development activitiesOversee financial analysis, valuations, and transaction structuringGuide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverablesCollaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders on cross-border projectsQualifications:6–10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment bankingStrong track record in deal execution and client managementExcellent analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skillsNative or fluent Danish, with strong English communication skillsProven ability to manage teams and drive projects independently
