This role oversees multidisciplinary creative teams and ensures that all content delivers on brand strategy, campaign objectives, and audience engagement goals. This leader brings together cross-functional creative leads and storytelling expertise to deliver cohesive, high-impact work that supports marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and retail programs. They serve as a creative translator-bridging strategy and execution-while balancing visionary ideas with practical production constraints.Key Responsibilities60% Creative Development: Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels. Guide creative talent, ensuring work aligns with campaign goals, audience needs, and business strategy. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including creative leads, designers, copywriters, art directors. Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture grounded in creativity, collaboration, and accountability. 20% Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a senior liaison between creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Negotiate scopes, timelines, and priorities that balance creative integrity with business needs. 20% Budget, Resources & Vendor Management: Partner with Sr. Director on resource planning and vendor utilization. Oversee day-to-day allocation of internal creative talent and project resourcing to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Direct Manager/Direct ReportsThis Position typically reports to a Senior Director This Position has direct reports. Travel RequirementsTypically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Physical RequirementsMost of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Working ConditionsLocated in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Minimum QualificationsMust be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field. 10+ years of creative leadership experience within retail, consumer brands, and agency environment. Portfolio demonstrating strong cross-channel creative (video, print, digital, social), with a focus on brand storytelling and design excellence. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver end-to-end creative solutions from concept to execution. Experience in executive communications and stakeholder alignment. Strong understanding of creative operations, workflow optimization and digital asset management systems Skilled in coaching, developing and retaining high-performing creative talent. Technical: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant creative software on Mac OS.
