Are you a strategic, hands-on leader with a passion for digital commerce and the outdoors?  We are now looking for a Director E-Commerce EU to lead and grow our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business for all Fenix Outdoor brands in Europe. This is a 12-month parental leave cover, offering a unique opportunity to lead a talented team and shape the future of how our customers experience our brands online. About The Role In this role, you will define and execute the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales and profitability goals, while ensuring our online presence reflects our strong outdoor heritage. You will lead and develop a team of 11 (7 direct reports) across sales & marketing, purchasing & planning, and operations — and work closely with central digital, tech, and marketing teams. You will also act as the business owner for our re-platforming initiative, ensuring our future digital platform delivers best-in-class performance, scalability, and flexibility to support growth across multiple regions. What You Will Do Lead the E-Commerce team to deliver strong growth, profitability, and customer experience.  Own the E-Commerce P&L and set clear targets for revenue, margin, and category performance.  Develop and implement strategies that strengthen our online presence across all Fenix Outdoor brands.  Partner with senior management on long-term digital and commercial planning.  Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and collaboration with key stakeholders.  Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost management to maximize ROI.  Lead our re-platforming project and ensure seamless integration with central digital functions.  Collaborate with brand, creative, and marketing teams to ensure our online experience authentically represents our brand identity.  Partner with supply chain, operations, and customer service teams to optimize fulfilment and post-purchase experience.  Inspire, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and reviews. Who You Are You are a strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You have a strong commercial mindset, a deep understanding of e-commerce, and a collaborative approach to leadership. You combine analytical thinking with creativity and know how to motivate teams to deliver results. We believe you bring: Several years of experience in senior e-commerce or digital leadership roles, ideally within a multi-brand or global environment.  Proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence in DTC channels.  Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer experience, and performance marketing.  Excellent leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.  Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, paired with a pragmatic approach.  Experience with re-platforming or major digital transformation projects is a plus.  Fluent English skills (Swedish is an advantage but not required). How To Apply Submit your application in English via our application portal!
