About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our Singapore team, focusing on delivering senior front-office talent to leading international private banks across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services recruitment, a proven track record in sourcing senior banking professionals, and the ability to build deep, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle search mandates across private banking and wealth management front-office roles (RMs, Team Heads, Market Heads, Investment Advisors, etc.).Partner closely with clients—international and regional private banks—to understand their hiring strategies, culture, and business objectives.Map and approach high-calibre talent across Singapore, and broader Asia.Conduct detailed candidate assessments, prepare market intelligence reports, and support clients in offer management and onboarding processes.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the private banking landscape, regulatory changes, and market movements.Collaborate with global colleagues on cross-border mandates and client relationship management.RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of executive search or recruitment experience within financial services (private banking, asset management, or investment banking).English FluencyProven success in delivering mid-to-senior front-office talent within the Singapore Private Banking MarketStrong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded professional able to work both independently and as part of a team.Prior experience in Private Banking Executive Search is highly preferred.What We OfferAccess to an established international client base across Tier-1 private banks.Competitive base salary and commission structure.High-performing, collaborative culture with regional and global exposure.Clear career progression and long-term growth potential within a leading search business.
