About the Team: Join a collaborative, high-impact team responsible for driving client outcomes and product adoption across our premium financial training solutions. You will partner closely with Program Management, Content, Faculty, Marketing, and Global Account leads to deliver complex, multi-year engagements. Travel required approximately 10-20%. How You’ll Make an Impact:Account Management and Client StrategyOwn a portfolio of named enterprise accounts in Canada; act as the senior relationship lead and primary escalation point.Engage senior leaders at banks, wealth management firms, and broker-dealers (e.g., Heads of L&D, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Front-Office leaders) to influence curriculum decisions, Continuing Education (CE/CPD) adoption, and firm-wide training pathways.Develop multi-year account plans that align client business priorities with Fitch Learning solutions; set clear milestones for retention, adoption, and growth.Orchestrate multi-stakeholder management across L&D, Compliance, HR/Talent, and front-office leadership; maintain structured governance, cadence, and executive readouts.Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), outcomes measurement, and continuous improvement plans.Retention, Expansion, and Commercial OutcomesAchieve and exceed account health targets, including:Retention: renewal rate on up-for-renewal contracts.Cross-sell/upsell growth: YoY expansion within named accounts.Enterprise penetration: expand usage across lines of business, regions, and functions; grow users and program breadth.Build and maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and account health metrics in Salesforce; drive disciplined follow-up and opportunity progression.Structure and negotiate renewals, expansions, MSAs, and statements of work in partnership with Legal, Product and Program Management.Consultative Solutioning and Selling MotionLead a consultative, solution-oriented motion that maps client needs to Fitch Learning pathways, CE/CPD requirements, and role-based curricula.Demonstrate comfort with regulatory and credentialing frameworks (e.g., CIRO requirements) and translate changes into training strategies, certifications, and adoption plans.Design onboarding, upskilling, continuing education, and firm-wide credentialing pathways that drive measurable outcomes (time-to-productivity, compliance completion rates, proficiency gains).Product Strategy and Content PartnershipCollaborate with Product and Content teams to tailor solutions for Canadian financial services clients; provide market feedback to inform roadmaps.Contribute to pricing strategies, credential development, and localization/translation initiatives.Partner with Marketing to develop collateral and campaigns targeted at your accounts; support case studies and thought leadership tied to client outcomes.Market Knowledge and Thought LeadershipApply in-depth understanding of Canadian capital markets, wealth management, corporate and commercial banking, and broker-dealer operations.Stay current on the Canadian financial education landscape, licensing/designations, CE/CPD standards, and regulatory developments; advise clients on implications and pathways. You May Be a Good Fit if You Have:10+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise relationship leadership serving financial services clients.5+ years in a relevant functional area (e.g., financial services, corporate credit, wealth management, risk, financial consulting, financial education).Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and long sales cycles with disciplined governance and follow-up.Experience delivering learning solutions and influencing curriculum and credentialing decisions within large financial institutions.Excellent executive communication, relationship-building, and consultative problem-solving skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate regulatory changes into client-centered training programs. What Would Make You Stand Out:Deep knowledge of Canada’s financial regulatory landscape (e.g., CIRO) and compliance requirements across banks, broker-dealers, and wealth firms.Familiarity with Canadian licensing/designation pathways and CE/CPD frameworks; ability to guide clients on role-specific requirements and tailor firm-wide programs.Experience designing learning solutions and measuring outcomes (adoption, proficiency, CE completion rates, time-to-productivity).Strong analytical skills and comfort with Salesforce-driven account planning, forecasting, and health scoring.Proven success operating in a small, agile team environment.
