We are now looking for an enthusiastic Director for our Global Technical Sales and New Products team in Helsinki. If yes, please do read more!As a Director for Global Technical Sales and New Products, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating our regional technical sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technical sales professionals, fostering a collaborative environment, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills.In this role you are responsible for new product introductions to regional sales teams in collaboration with product and marketing teams, partner sales and global support for regional sales engineers for large cases, joining potentially to customer meetings. Our international organization is growing fast, and we continuously develop our way of working, so this role provides you an opportunity to join us in this path and grow professionally.Main responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of technical sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training.Develop ways of working for technical sales to manage customer engagement from early opportunity identification to successful closure of the deal Develop and implement effective sales strategies together with regional heads to achieve revenue targets, identifying market opportunities and staying abreast of industry trends.Support large custom sales projects for customers globally.Manage partnerships for our sales portfolio and secure their commercial success.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and positioning our products/services as solutions that serve their needs.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product management, research and development, and customer care to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.What we expect from youMinimum M.Sc. degree in applied or technical physics, or strong experience from a related field.Proven experience in technical sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Experience of best practices in technical sales and partnerships.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, hands-on attitude.Willingness to travel occasionally.Fluency in English, both written and spokenWe also appreciateKnowledge of cryogenic equipmentKnowledge of quantum computingAbility to plan and define go-to-market strategies Experience in business development – especially within quantum computingPlease apply as soon as possible, on December 7, 2025, at the latest at BLUEFORS.COM.
