As Director (Freight), you will lead the development of the new Queensland Freight Delivery Plan, amongst other programs and projects aimed at setting direction for an integrated freight system. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and guide them to deliver outcomes that make a real difference for Queensland's freight and logistics sector.You WillLead and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of collaboration, delivery and professional growth.Drive the design and implementation of the Freight Development Plan, aligning policy and investment with industry needs and government priorities.Provide high-level strategic advice and briefings to Ministers, senior executives and government leaders on freight planning, investment and emerging trends.Partner with industry, government and national forums to solve supply chain challenges and champion new technologies.Shape a freight system that is future-ready, safe and efficient, supporting Queensland's economic growth.About YouWe are seeking a leader who thrives in complex environments and can balance people leadership with project delivery.
