More than 90 million customers are served every year across the six markets.On behalf of our Client, we are now searching for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Leader for the role ofDIRECTOR HR & TRAINING | for the Baltic Regionwho is passionate about building strong organizations through people, culture, and continuous development.What You Will DoLead and execute the HR strategy across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.Oversee all key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, DE&I, and organizational development.Manage and mentor the HR & Training team, ensuring strong collaboration, high performance, and continuous professional growth.Ensure full compliance with employment laws, McDonald’s Brand Standards, health & safety rules, and internal HR policies.Partner with senior leadership on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and people-related decision making.Oversee Compensation & Benefits processes, budgeting, salary reviews, job classification systems, and HR KPI reporting.Drive engagement and culture-building initiatives, including surveys, action plans, leadership development programs, and internal communication.Ensure strong Training function delivery: learning programs, management development, succession plans for Restaurant Management and Head Office teams.Strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines, and represent the company in cooperation with educational institutions, public organizations, industry associations, and community partners.We believe You will succeed in the role if You have:5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within international environment. Experience in hospitality or retail sectors is a strong plus.Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of any Baltic language is an advantage.Practical knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Driving license (ability to travel within Baltics)Willingness to travel occasionally for business related events Do You have these qualities?Mature personality with the ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.Human-centric personality, who is focused on both people and results.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Company OffersBe the heart of HR, making a real difference for people and supporting a brand loved across the world.Work in a dynamic, supportive, and international environment where your ideas truly matter.
