Director, Content & Culture, Insights & MeasurementHybrid | New York, NY6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)Media & Entertainment | Ad Sales InsightsAbout The RoleThe Insights & Measurement team is looking for a Director, Content & Culture to lead insights-driven storytelling across our premium entertainment portfolio.This role will partner closely with Ad Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to craft compelling, data-backed narratives that showcase the value of content, audiences, and partnerships to advertisers.You’ll be both a strategic storyteller and analytical leader, developing research frameworks and guiding a talented team to position as a thought leader in the media and entertainment landscape.What You’ll DoLead development of data- and insights-driven narratives that highlight premium content and cultural impact.Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Research teams to translate audience data into compelling go-to-market materials and sales strategies.Oversee analyses, reports, and presentations that demonstrate unique advantages in the competitive media ecosystem.Collaborate with brand measurement, attribution, and primary research teams to synthesize data into actionable insights for advertisers.Identify and evaluate new tools, metrics, and partnerships to enhance content and audience measurement capabilities.Build strong relationships with internal insights, analytics, and strategy.Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members.What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in media, entertainment, or digital research/insights, preferably within Ad Sales or Marketing.Deep understanding of cross-platform media (TV, digital, OTT, streaming, social).Hands-on expertise with Nielsen, Comscore, MRI, YouGov, Talkwalker, Lake 5, Adobe Analytics, and related tools.Strong grasp of audience insights, campaign measurement, and brand storytelling.Exceptional presentation, visualization, and communication skills — able to craft a compelling story from complex data.Collaborative, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree a plus).Preferred QualitiesStrategic thinker with strong creative sensibility and cultural fluency.Passion for entertainment, advertising, and audience behavior.Committed to diversity, inclusion, and representing diverse audiences in content insights and storytelling.#IND
