Our client, a leading Investment Bank and Advisory Boutique, is looking for strong additions to their team on Associate Director / Director levelsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the full M&A transaction process — from origination to closing.Manage and mentor analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client service.Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, and corporate clients in the Benelux region.Drive business development initiatives to expand deal flow in the small and mid-cap market.QualificationsMinimum 7+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.Native or fluent Dutch and professional-level English proficiency.Proven track record executing sell-side and buy-side transactions in the €10M–€200M range.Strong financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills with a client-centric mindset.
