We specialize in the development and manufacture of high-quality pharmaceuticals derived from human blood plasma and human cell lines.With over 1,600 employees, the Octapharma site in Vienna is the largest production site, and successful research and development location.Join us in shaping our vision of providing new health solutions advancing human life.Your Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesLead the Clinical Quality Assurance team, define tasks and responsibilities covered by the department, keep oversight on Clinical Quality Assurance tasks and responsibilitiesEnsure clinical trials are conducted following the respective regulations and guidelinesProvide compliance advise to operational unitsEnsure compliance of clinical documents with regulations and guidelinesSupport preparation, conduct and follow up of regulatory inspections of clinical studiesAct as interface between Octapharma’s Corporate Quality Assurance function and global Clinical R&DYour expertise and ideal skill setCompleted University degree in natural sciences, preferably medical or biosciencesAt least 5 years of working experience in the Pharmaceutical or CRO Industry, preferably in Clinical OperationsExperience in Quality ManagementExcellent in English, German is a plus (written and oral)Willingness to travel up to >25%Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication as well as strong organizational skillsYour department - where you make an impactWe, the Research & Development unit, conduct preclinical and clinical research to develop new products and ensure their safe and effective use.
