In under a year, we've scaled to nearly 200 active clients, and we're just getting started.We're seeking a seasoned, strategic, and ambitious account director to lead our team as the organic marketing and client success leader. This role will drive strategy, execution, and innovation across Facebook Group marketing while also owning client communication, retention, and satisfaction.Compensation:$80,000-$90,000 USD/year Salary (Plus Performance Based Incentive Compensation)Key ResponsibilitiesOrganic Growth & Facebook Group StrategyManage and scale 100+ Facebook accounts, driving consistent engagement and lead generationLead the end-to-end Facebook Group strategy: growth, engagement, and performanceImplement innovative growth tactics and content strategiesStay current on platform changes, algorithms, and emerging marketing trendsOversee content direction and ensure high-impact copy and visualsProvide actionable feedback to the creative team to refine messaging and effectivenessContent & Social StrategyBuild and optimize strategies across Facebook Groups and other relevant platformsScale underperforming accounts into high-performing growth channelsOversee content and copy creation to match client voice and brand goalsGuide monthly reporting, analyzing group engagement and strategic directionClient SuccessOwn client communication across onboarding, retention, and satisfactionReduce churn by proactively identifying and solving client challengesEnsure a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience for all new clientsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead and develop a growing marketing teamEnsure smooth execution, clear delegation, and team accountabilityFoster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvementPerformance & Process OptimizationRefine workflows and systems to boost team efficiency and client outcomesUse performance data to make strategic, informed improvementsChampion a culture of excellence across client service and team operationsWho You AreCurious about Marketing: You like social media and understand how it works.
