We are looking for an Account Director to establish and lead NEX’s accounts (client services) team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of campaigns, creative works and tech products - from briefing designers, developers and copywriters, to managing budgets and a team of managers and executives. RESPONSIBILITIES Take responsibility and drive all activities related to managing relationships with clients, such as:
• Taking lead in clients’ digital marketing campaigns / creative works / tech innovation production • Building and leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service • Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis • Strategically assess accounts and develop new revenue streams • Working with sales team to develop new accounts • Tightly planning and managing timelines • Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically DESIRED PROFILE We are looking for applicants with the following profile • Undergraduate/bachelor degree – preferably in marketing, communications or advertising • 5-7 years of experience in professional client relationship management • Domain knowledge in tech, design and digital media • Ability to professionally develop and manage processes • Pro-active and empathic leader • Strong focus on getting things done • Motivation to work in a highly dynamic and challenging environment • Experience in managing multicultural teams in high growth companies • Excellent communication skills • Excellent English language skills • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques (both traditional and digital platforms) Contact Us:
