The firm are growing their asset management team in Los Angeles, CA, and seek an individual with strong retail asset management & leasing capability to oversee a portfolio of retail and mixed-use assets.About the RoleManage a portfolio of retail and mixed-use assets, executing business plans that enhance value, optimize operations, and maintain strong tenant relationships. Work closely with ownership, property management, and leasing teams to deliver financial and strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead asset management initiatives including budgeting, capital planning, and performance tracking across assigned assets.Direct leasing efforts for retail and mixed-use properties, shaping tenant mix, evaluate deal structures, and renewal strategies.Oversee execution of property-level business plans, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and market conditions.Review and update financial models in Argus and Excel to track performance, forecast returns, and support decision-making.Monitor operational and financial results, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.Guide capital projects, tenant improvements, and remerchandising strategies to enhance asset value.Coordinate with property management on tenant relations, maintenance, and service standards.Support transaction activity, including refinancing, dispositions, and due diligence.
