Your strategic leadership and technical expertise will enhance our commitment to delivering innovative and robust security software. Our XSIAM product simplifies security operations and accelerates incident remediation with a platform designed to address today’s threats as well as those of the future.More information about the product we develop can be found at: https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/cortex/cortex-xsiam.Your ImpactLeadership and StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and visionLead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and customer support, to ensure QA initiatives are integrated seamlessly throughout the product lifecycleQuality AssuranceEstablish and enforce QA processes and standards that adhere to industry best practices and compliance requirementsDesign, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly validate the functionality, performance, and security of our productConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to identify and address potential product quality issuesQuality Metrics and ReportingDefine and track key quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of QA effortsPrepare and present regular quality status reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plansInnovation and LearningStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and security threats to drive innovation in QA processes and methodologiesEncourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the QA teamQualificationsYour Experience Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior QA Leadership Roles, in Cloud-native products environmentExtensive knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesStrong experience with test automation frameworks and practicesExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesExperience leading and managing a QA guild or similar cross-functional quality assurance team - AdvantageBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent military experienceAdditional InformationThe TeamTo stay ahead of the curve, it’s critical to know where the curve is, and how to anticipate the changes we’re facing.
