If you’re ready to challenge the ordinary, we want you on our team.Role Overview:Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Business Development will drive strategic revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead partnership initiatives across the Canadian and U.S. private aesthetic sector. You’ll manage a high-performing sales team, collaborate with marketing and product, and ensure BoomerangFX continues to lead the digital transformation of aesthetic healthcare.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with BoomerangFX’s growth objectives and market opportunities.Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire sales and marketing teams across Miami, Mississauga, and a remote BDR workforce, ensuring alignment with company goals.Hands-On Engagement: Operate as a player-coach, actively participating in sales efforts while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Scaling for Growth: Drive initiatives to scale the sales organization in a high-growth environment, ensuring sustainable success and efficient processes.Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to refine value propositions, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors.Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, delivering exceptional service and solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to measure sales performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.Brand Representation: Represent BoomerangFX at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and reputation.What are we looking for: Experience: 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles, with expertise in scaling high-growth tech or startup companies.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Player-Coach Mentality: Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in sales execution.Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, achieving ambitious targets, and expanding market presence.Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead and inspire diverse, geographically dispersed teams.Analytical Skills: Strong capability to assess market trends, customer needs, and performance metrics to shape strategy.Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset, fostering alignment and shared goals across departments.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Nice-to-Haves:Experience in fast-paced startup environments or rapidly scaling companies.Knowledge of the broader North American healthcare landscape and relevant regulatory frameworks.Insight into emerging trends in healthcare SaaS and marketing.MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.Be part of a mission-driven team transforming how private healthcare practices grow, market, and operate.Ready to lead the future of Healthcare SaaS?Apply Now!
