Job Description

The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. This individual will also be responsible for managing marketing and customer service activities. ResponsibilitiesManage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activitiesManage sales functions of the businessProvide feedback to company leadership on sales related topicsPlan and coordinate the penetration of new marketsLeads pricing negotiations in collaboration with Company Executives and Sales & Key Account Managers, ensuring all customer quotations align with margin and profitability requirements.Partners closely with Executives, Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to align efforts with overall company growth strategies and ensure full cross-functional cooperation.Reviews and validates all customer quotations for cost accuracy, process feasibility, and tooling/design precision prior to submission.Oversees new tooling projects to ensure alignment with manufacturing capabilities and adherence to customer timelines.Leads and manages the global Sales and Business Development team to achieve revenue and market share objectives.Safeguards confidential company information, ensuring no unauthorized disclosure of data, drawings, technical developments, or other proprietary materials to third parties, and enforces all necessary measures to maintain data security and confidentiality.QualificationsDemonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leadsStrong communication and negotiation skillsEnglish fluent, German fluent
