Job Description

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:Responsibility for developing new clients from large, medium sized and smaller firms located within the Americas region with main focus on business development of the East Coast of USA.Help to identify new clients in additional territories which include ROW with the exception of Europe and Asia.Work closely with your leaders to develop the future strategy for Americas region businessTravel can be up to 50%Work with the USA group to develop and grow customer database.Work with the Global BD team with the implementation of Salesforce.Attend the tradeshows as agreed upon with the leaders.Aggressively develop new business relationships to generate new R&D, pre-clinical, and clinical-stage leads and secure new business from these new leads.Prepare monthly sales reports and sales projections. Regularly review forecasts with the business unit leadersNegotiate major contracts (Supply Agreements, Master Service Agreements, etc.)Constantly fine tuning the quoting process based on customer feedback.Constantly interpreting customer, market and technology trends and providing feedback to the supervisor to drive future roadmap in North America.Constantly influencing the market through participation in industry forums and market events.Key driver in the process of achieving "Preferred Supplier" status at the targeted accounts.Take full responsibility and accountability for achieving the business development targets.
