We focus on providing specialized and business-critical financial and administrative services that enable our clients to operate their corporate structures, finance vehicles, and investment funds in different geographical locations.We are now seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Business Development to join our Global Sales Team, focusing on Capital Markets and Fund Services within our Financial Institutions segment.In this influential commercial role, you will:Build and grow a high-value pipeline across Capital Markets and Fund Services.Drive new business while upselling and cross-selling across TMF Group’s full service portfolio.Develop and maintain strong networks of prospects and key intermediaries across the region.Lead complex multi-jurisdictional sales cycles and proposals.Partner closely with regional MDs and service line experts to deliver a world-class client experience.Stay ahead of market trends and translate them into commercial opportunities.Deliver against monthly and annual revenue targets.Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.10+ years’ experience in a commercial, international business environment.Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within financial services, capital markets or fund administration.Experience working across borders; overseas exposure is an advantage.Strong communication skills, confident engaging with C‑suite stakeholders.Ability to manage complex, multi‑service, multi‑jurisdictional proposals.Highly self‑motivated, analytical, flexible and solutions oriented.Skilled at relationship building, negotiation and “solution selling.”Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments.What's in it for you: As a Senior Director at TMF Group, you’ll be joining a global business built on ambition, expertise, and partnership — a place where senior commercial leaders shape strategy and influence growth across borders.You’ll join a culture built on feedback, collaboration, and accountability, with direct access to senior leaders and cross‑functional regional teamsReady to drive growth and shape the future of Capital Markets solutions at TMF Group?Apply now or reach out directly for a confidential discussion.
