As an independent strategic partner, we deliver personalized support to drive sustainable growth and next-level profits for our hotel partners.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Business Development, based in Bangkok, Thailand.The Director will lead strategic sales initiatives, identify and acquire new hotel partners, manage key accounts, and drive business growth across Thailand and Southeast Asia. This role combines high-level business strategy with relationship management, leadership, and strong market representation.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in business development at management level, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships — ideally in hospitality technology, travel, or digital marketing.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-value relationships.Strong understanding of hotel distribution, revenue management, and digital marketing technologies.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills — confident to represent the company publicly.Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).Willingness to travel frequently for meetings and events.
