You’ll define what “ready” means for all of them.What You Will Be DoingDeliver launch-ready campuses that are visitor-proofed, staff-ready, and visually on-brand — no last-minute scrambles, no gaps, no excuses.Build and maintain AI-powered dashboards and checklists that track readiness across décor, furniture, signage, networking, and ops systems.Own multi-site upgrade execution — managing vendor bids, budgets, and timelines while minimizing disruption to learning.Set and audit universal standards for everything from hospitality basics to HVAC — making sure every campus experience feels premium and consistent.Run predictive maintenance and issue resolution across 25+ schools using IoT data, AI tools, and clearly defined SLAs.What You Won’t Be DoingManaging facilities from a spreadsheet — your systems are real-time, AI-powered, and live across all campuses.Waiting on others to define readiness — you set the standards and ensure they show up on Day 1, down to the last detail.Accepting “good enough” for UHNW families or national leaders — every campus needs to impress from the first step in.Managing one project at a time — you’ll be juggling standups, upgrades, and maintenance cycles across the country.Avoiding ambiguity — this is a builder role, not a caretaker one.Director Of Campus Operations Key ResponsibilitiesTransform newly built campuses into fully operational, premium-quality schools — by building and executing the systems that ensure every space is launch-ready, on-brand, and running smoothly.Basic RequirementsBased in the U.S. and legally authorized to work without sponsorshipWilling to travel 50–75% across U.S. campuses5+ years in operations, facilities, or project management, with experience managing multi-site readiness or upgradesProven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to spec in ambiguous or fast-moving environmentsDaily user of AI tools and low-code systems (e.g., GPT, Airtable, Retool, Zapier) to manage projects or vendorsHigh-speed execution — owns deliverables and closes loops without handholdingProactive — solves problems before they surface and never leaves vendors or timelines to chanceNice-to-have RequirementsExperience in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, or private club environmentsNYC-based or willing to travel frequently to the NYC flagshipFamiliarity with CapEx and construction workflows (not required, but helpful)Strong aesthetic judgment for visitor-facing design and décorExperience designing centralized procurement systemsAbout 2 Hour LearningEducation is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
