Shape the future of rural medical education as the Director of Clinical Training – Western with Darling Downs Health. Based in Dalby, you’ll lead and inspire the next generation of doctors by coordinating high-quality training programs and fostering a supportive learning culture across the Western Cluster. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on both clinicians and the communities they serve.What Your Day Will Look Like….Your day will be filled with meaningful connections and purposeful work as you guide and mentor junior doctors and registrars through their training journey. You'll collaborate with hospital leaders, colleges, and clinicians to deliver tailored education programs, ensure accreditation standards are met, and promote professional growth across multiple sites. From leading wellbeing check-ins and assessment coordination to strengthening relationships within the Western network, you'll play a key role in building a cohesive, skilled, and compassionate medical workforce dedicated to exceptional rural care.You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $266,677 (L13) comprising salary rates between $87.25 (L13) and $127.77 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements.
