End-to-end delivery with emphasis on efficiency and cost-saving, senior leadership.Responsibilities: Oversee all construction projectsDevelop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and collaborationsLead and participate in business development activities, such as networking events, industry conferences, and client meetingsDemonstrate the ability to take ownership of varied in-house projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retentionEnsure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.We’re looking for: It is all about mentality, attitude, team fit, culture fit!An experienced Head of Construction / Construction Director who is at the coal face, hands on, with a small team.Excellent hands-on direction and leadership skills – running it like your own business, be creative, high quality, but cost effective efficiency.Ideally MRICS/MCIOB qualifiedMust be flexible in hours of work and travel.Candidate to be able to demonstrate, strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).Fantastic role for someone with strong experience looking to join a dynamic growing business.
