Director of Event Operations

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Event Operations to lead the planning and delivery of world-class events across a diverse portfolio. In this role, you'll shape operational strategy, build a high-performing team, and ensure every event sets a new benchmark for excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of event delivery, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding audience experiences.Develop and implement efficient frameworks, tools, and processes to standardize event execution.Drive continuous improvement through post-event insights and performance reviews.Provide strategic input on new business proposals and major event bids, ensuring operational feasibility.Champion innovation and emerging technologies to enhance event quality and engagement.Build, inspire, and mentor a talented team of event professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence.What You’ll Bring10+ years’ experience in senior event operations, ideally in sports, entertainment, or large-scale live events.Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.Expertise in event logistics, planning, and delivery at an international level.Strategic mindset with strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.Passion for innovation and delivering unforgettable experiences.Degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field (advanced certifications a plus).This is an opportunity to lead at the highest level - defining best practice, shaping future events, and inspiring a world-class team.
