CamTech UniversityPosition Title: Director of Executive Education, Branding, and Strategic DevelopmentReporting to: Vice President for Academic and International Affairs / RectorDepartment: Marketing and Student RecruitmentEmployment Type: 0.8 FTE (Four days per week)Location: CamTech University, Khan Chroy Chongvar, Phnom Penh, Cambodia Purpose of the Role To strengthen CamTech University’s international reputation by leading strategic initiatives in branding, marketing, and executive education. The position focuses on promoting CamTech’s visibility as a global university, enhancing engagement with industry, and supporting both student recruitment and professional leadership development across Cambodia and the ASEAN region.Key Responsibilities A. Strategic Development and Branding Lead initiatives to build and promote CamTech University’s brand as a leading international science and technology university. Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to expand student recruitment both locally and regionally. Identify market trends and corporate training needs relevant to Cambodia’s emerging economy and regional priorities. Advise university leadership on industry-linked curriculum design, competency frameworks, and future skill requirements. Contribute to CamTech’s branding, outreach, and fundraising initiatives through strategic corporate partnerships and visibility campaigns.  B. Executive and Professional Education Design and implement executive and professional development programs, including short courses, workshops, and certifications tailored to industry and workforce needs. Collaborate with academic schools and industry experts to develop industry-responsive curricula and applied learning programs. Establish partnerships with corporations, chambers of commerce, and development agencies to deliver customized executive training aligned with emerging market demands. Strengthen CamTech’s reputation as a regional hub for lifelong learning and executive education, enhancing professional capacity and innovation across industries.  C. Teaching, Mentorship, and Career Development Teach selected modules in Business Strategy, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Leadership, or Innovation as a Visiting Lecturer or Adjunct Faculty. Mentor both students and staff on leadership development, career progression, and professional growth. Serve as a career counsellor for students, guiding them on employability, professional ethics, and workplace readiness. Support faculty members in embedding practical business and industry perspectives into teaching and research. Guide the design and implementation of capstone projects, case analyses, and experiential learning initiatives.  Qualifications and Experience Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (PhD preferred). Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in marketing, business development, or executive management in international contexts. Proven expertise in executive education, corporate engagement, and university branding. Strong regional network and understanding of ASEAN market dynamics. Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills. Commitment to CamTech’s core values: Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Innovation, and Diversity (IREID).  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) A. Executive and Professional Education Increase in executive education programs, short courses, and industry partnerships. High satisfaction and impact ratings from corporate clients and participants. Introduction of new, market-responsive professional development programs.  C. Teaching, Mentorship, and Career Development Delivery of high-quality teaching in assigned courses with positive student feedback. Effective mentorship and leadership development outcomes for students and staff. Successful implementation of career counselling and professional readiness initiatives. Integration of industry case studies and experiential learning activities across programs.
