The role oversees three main departments: Relations & Invitations, Operations, and Crowd Management, in addition to supervising hospitality and catering services. This position ensures the alignment of all teams to deliver an exceptional guest journey and execute high-quality operational processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead the experience and operations strategy to ensure a seamless and efficient hospitality experience throughout all stages of the event.Oversee the Relations & Invitations department to ensure accuracy of invitations, guest management, VIP arrangements, and monitoring of registration and ticketing systems.Lead the Operations department and supervise maintenance, cleaning, operations, and gift management teams to ensure the venue is prepared to the highest standards.Supervise the Crowd Management department to optimize entry and exit flows, audience movement, pathways, personnel organization, and control points.Oversee hospitality and catering operations to ensure high-quality service delivery for guests, speakers, and operational teams.Coordinate with all internal and external partners to ensure an integrated operational experience.Monitor daily operational performance and intervene immediately in case of any organizational or logistical challenges.Develop clear contingency plans to ensure safety and operational continuity during peak attendance.Prepare comprehensive operational reports before, during, and after the event, including performance indicators, satisfaction metrics, and improvement recommendations.Professional Skills:5–8 years of experience in operations or experience management for large-scale events or national projects.Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team, and cross-functional operations.Strong operational planning and resource management skills.Expertise in crowd management, movement, and audience flow.Experience in hospitality, catering, and guest experience management.Ability to make quick decisions in dynamic environments.Exceptional communication skills with diverse teams and partners.Proficiency in managing invitation systems, ticketing, and field operations.Ability to analyze operational data and prepare comprehensive reports.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations Management, Event Management, or a related field.Proven experience in crowd management, hospitality, and logistical operations.Preferred: certifications or courses in event management or operational safety.Job Details:Seasonal role.Based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.Employment begins immediately after the review and selection of applicants.
