The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep financial expertise, and a proactive approach to enhancing business performance.Please send your CV to careersbodrum@mettsocialliving.comCore ActivitiesLead continuous evaluation of short- and long-term financial strategies.Provide accurate, timely analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts.Support GM in shaping and executing the organization’s strategic vision.Evaluate the financial impact of long-range planning, new programs, and regulatory changes.Provide executive management with strategic insights and financial implications of business decisions.Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and drive business growth.Oversee all Finance & Accounting functions, including AP/AR, procurement, and banking activities.Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting.Oversee monthly reports, reconciliations, financial statements, and cash flow projections.Ensure adequate cash flow and monitor financial performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.Maintain chart of accounts, orderly filing systems, and full documentation for all financial transactions.Lead annual audit processes and ensure all statutory requirements are met.Manage financial accounting systems related to cash management, credit control, and petty cash.Prepare annual budgets with Executive Management and department heads.CompetenciesMaster’s degree in Finance from a reputable university.Minimum 10 years of experience in a major F&B company.CPA or CMA certification preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent planning, budgeting, and financial management skills.Demonstrated integrity, dependability, and results-oriented mindset.Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Fluent in English.Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments.
