Director of Finance

We bridge financial technology with global markets, enabling seamless payments.To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a results-driven and experienced Director of Finance to manage our financial strategy, funding and treasury. The role is based in Zug/Zurich, Switzerland.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage treasury, multi-currency liquidity and relationships with banks, PSPs, FX partners and custodiansHandle budgeting, forecasting, accounting and company-wide reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Oversee cross-border payment flows (fiat and stablecoins) and financial risk management (FX, liquidity, counterparty)Ensure compliance and regulatory requirementsSupport fundraising and manage investor reportingImplement financial controls, audit readiness and scalable finance operationsYour Profile10+ years in finance leadership rolesProficient in financial modelling, liquidity and treasuryUnderstanding of AML/CFT, KYB/KYC and high-value transaction controlsStrong fundraising and M&A experienceKnowledge of crypto assets, stablecoins and digital asset flowsFluent in English and GermanSelf-driven, hands-on and highly results-orientedUsed to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.Send your CV and a brief summary (video or written) explaining why you are the right fit for this role, including proof points of your career and achievements in finance, to nicole@sumixx.com with the subject line: Career – Director of Finance.
