Our all-day restaurant, The Otter, offers a seafood-driven menu sourced from top purveyors, while Sloane’s, our chic cocktail bar, is located on the second floor. Both venues accept reservations from outside guests. Additionally, our Apartment and Rooftop spaces are reserved exclusively for in-house guests and their friends to enjoy.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for the Director of Food And Beverage at The Manner. The Director of Food And Beverage will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing culinary operations, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of food service. This is an on-site role located in New York, NY.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction and Food & Beverage skillsCulinary Skills and Food Service experienceBudgeting skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferredExperience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is a plusSalary Range $150,000-$170,000
