🌟 We're Hiring: Director of FP&A! 🌟We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our financial planning efforts and drive key business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial insights effectively.📍 Location: Sandy Springs, Atlanta, GA, USA⏰ Work Mode: Flexible office & remote💼 Role: Director of FP&AEmployment Type: PermanentSalary Range: $180,000–$200,000 per yearWhat You'll Do Lead the financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy and consistencyacross all reporting outputs Own the production of board-level financial packages, including forecasts,variance/trend analysis, and strategic insights Partner with executives to set departmental goals and analyze budget vs.actual performance Oversee quarterly and annual financial statement preparation andregulatory filings Apply sound accounting principles to navigate and interpret all threefinancial statements, with primary focus on P&L performance Enhance reporting systems and reconciliation tools (Planful, Blackline);evaluate new technologies for improved efficiency Drive implementation of new partners and sales channels from a financialintegration perspective Monitor emerging accounting standards and lead internal adoption efforts Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, consistent financial dataand reporting Provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure timely and accuratefinancial disclosures Support internal and external audit processesWhat We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Proven FP&A leadership experience in fast-paced environments; PrivateEquity exposure strongly preferred Demonstrated ownership of board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, andvariance/trend analysis Strong accounting foundation with ability to interpret and analyze all threefinancial statements Familiarity with insurance-related accounting concepts; prior experience ininsurance or servicing insurance clients preferred Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools Strong analytical and decision-making skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex financial conceptsfor diverse stakeholders Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check📌 Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with Company Match Company-paid Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Company-paid Life Insurance Paid Holidays and Vacation Employee Referral Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Wellness Programs Paid Community Service Opportunities Tuition Reimbursement Ongoing Training & Personal Development And more!Ready to make an impact? 🚀 Apply now and let’s grow together!
