Country General Manager - Thailand(Director of Franchise Operations – Food & Beverage Chain)Salary: 2.3m to 3.3m THB/Yearly plus bonus/commissionLanguages: Fluent Chinese and (Thai or English language)Location: Remote working (Anywhere in Thailand)My client, is the largest flagship brand in the World who has pioneered the fast-food model featuring pickled fish, quickly gaining nationwide popularity and emerging as a leader in the pickled fish industry. It has since grown into a well-known Chinese fast-food chain brand and has expanded from Beijing to over 360 cities across the globe, with outlets launched in major overseas cities including New York, San Francisco, Vancouver, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok.They are looking for a Country General Manager (Franchise & Operations) – Thailand who has more than 10 years experience in chain catering industry and more than 5 years experience in multinational franchise system.Job DescriptionFormulate 3-5 years joining development strategy of target countries, design differentiated market entry strategy and annual investment target;Build a localized investment network (industry associations, agencies, etc.) to lead the development, qualification review and signing of franchisees;Optimize the franchise policy (investment model, sharing mechanism) to enhance brand attractiveness and franchisee retention rate;Coordinate the site selection evaluation, decoration standard landing and opening preparation of stores to ensure that the return on investment of single stores meets the standard;Supervise the implementation of SOP and improve the operation efficiency of stores through training, shop tour and data monitoring;Establish a hierarchical management system for franchisees and organize regular summits to solve common problems;Localization operation and brand building, promote product localization adjustment (suitable taste, religious taboo, etc.), collaborative research and development to optimize the menu;Develop regional marketing strategy, plan brand promotion activities, manage social media and KOL cooperation;Set up and manage local team (investment, operation, construction), develop performance evaluation mechanism, ensure business compliance with local laws and regulations (food safety, labor policy, tax compliance).RequirementsBachelor degree or above, MBA or master degree in business management is preferred;More than 10 years experience in chain catering industry, more than 5 years experience in multinational franchise system;Proficient in the whole process of joining: investment promotion and development, construction support, operation supervision, etc;Be familiar with the business ecology and political and business resources of the target country, and have strong resource integration ability;Data-driven decision-making, can optimize operation strategy through business analysis;Outstanding cross-cultural management ability, coordination headquarters and local team goals.
