As the Director of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our world-class resort.Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance housekeeping operations and guest experienceLead, mentor, and motivate a large team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional serviceEstablish and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the propertyManage departmental budgets, inventory, and expenses to optimize efficiency and cost-effectivenessCollaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfactionImplement and monitor quality control systems to maintain consistency in service deliveryStay updated on industry trends and implement innovative housekeeping practicesEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulationsHandle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionallyParticipate in executive committee meetings and contribute to overall hotel management strategiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fieldMinimum 7-10 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in luxury hotels or resortsProven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in budgeting and financial managementIn-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and best practicesExperience with hotel management software and technologyUnderstanding of Middle Eastern hospitality standards and cultural awarenessAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusAdditional certifications in hospitality management are preferredAdditional InformationUnderstanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.Experience in pre-Opening is a must.A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
