Director of Implementation

A fast-growing healthcare technology provider that helps hospitals, imaging centers, and provider groups modernize how clinical workflows and data move across their organizations is seeking a Director of Implementation / Implementation Manager to own the journey from signed contract through configuration, rollout, and successful go-live.Director of Implementation Duties:Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new customers (kickoff → go-live → early adoption)Run discovery and design workflows/solutions that fit each customer’s environmentConfigure and customize customer environments in the platform and oversee technical setupManage multiple concurrent implementations with varying scope and timelinesCoordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to keep projects on trackDevelop and refine implementation playbooks, templates, and processesTrack key metrics (time-to-value, readiness, activation) and drive continuous improvementServe as the escalation point for complex or at-risk implementationsEnsure smooth handoffs to Account Management / Customer Success once customers are liveDirector of Implementation Requirements:5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or project/program management (healthcare or SaaS)Experience with healthcare IT workflows and systems (EHR, RIS, PACS, or similar)Comfort configuring customer accounts/environments in a software platformStrong project management skills and experience managing multiple workstreamsExecutive-level communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with project tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar)Process- and outcome-oriented, with a bias toward action and improvementThis role is fully remote and offers a competitive salary along with equity options and benefits.
